When we talk about digital health success, we're referring to both a tangible metric as well as users overall experience. In order to achieve both, you need great employees and strong leadership. Competition is only going to continue to get more intense in this space, and it's time for companies to get their act together. As the adoption of things like wearables grow and the innovations multiply, it is imperative that HR departments provide their company with top level talent through quality-oriented hiring practices.

Without dedicated teams committed to building a healthy culture instead of a clone farm, businesses will struggle not only now but in the future as well. The healthcare industry might have an uphill battle when it comes to adopting new technologies, but that doesn't mean they can't succeed. They simply need to get the right people on board and make sure they have a solid foundation in place. In any business or industry, grassroots efforts can serve as the foundation of change, and the health industry has plenty of opportunities to do just that.

How this will all play out is anyone's guess – but only time will tell if it changes how the industry operates. Whatever happens, we'll be along for the ride. These changes, and many others that are occurring in the healthcare industry, have positive consequences. Those who know their job well and stay on top of current developments can succeed, positioning themselves in the best position for success. There's an old saying, "time is money," and the better you are at what you do, the more valuable you become over time.

Talent is the most important factor in digital health success. There's a reason why there are so many resources and courses designed to teach you how to code, or how to become a project manager, or how to do QA. These skills are vital for digital health companies, but they're not the only things that matter when it comes to your company's success. Talent is the most important factor in digital health success and it's what keeps your company going.

Talent is key in every part of your business: sales, marketing, product development… even customer service needs talented people! In order for any company to thrive in today's fast-paced environment, they must be able to attract and retain the best talent available—and that means finding candidates who can meet all of their needs in terms of skillsets, competencies, experience levels...and more!
