It is centered around seeking greater participation from the private sector apart from also expanding into areas that lack digital penetration. The goal is to tap into India’s immense knowledge capital when it comes to technology. The government is opening itself to ideas and suggestions from the technocrats of the country – individuals and organizations alike.
