This is the complete recording of my keynote at Türk Eğitim Derneği's annual event https://www.ted.org.tr/ in Ankara / Turkey and https://dijitalobezite.ted.org.tr/ in ENGLISH. Visit gerd.fm/tedankaragerdmedia (Google News) for all media coverage in Turkish

In this deep-dive keynote I speak about what I call "digital obesity" in my book www.techvshuman.com, and the future of education, learning and work. What skills will we need in a world where smart machines can soon take over almost any routine? Why does 'the end of routine' not mean the end of work for humans? How will we get ready for this future, and how do our curricula have to change to make sure we are not becoming 'useless humans'?

I believe that our ultimate job is .... to be HUMAN and that

the future is better than we think.
