Giovanni and David are joined by Aleksandra Zuraw DVM, a fellow podcaster and founder of www.digitalpathologyplace.com. Dr. Zuraw is a veterinary pathologist working for Charles River Labs CRO on pre-clinical drug discovery studies. Digital Pathology Place is a website featuring a podcast, blog, webinars, and news items related to digital pathology. This episode is the first installment featuring the digital pathology podcasters getting together to discuss hot topics. The result is a general discussion on digital pathology adoption and reactions to the recently published guidelines for validating clinical and pre-clinical digital pathology applications.

A forum to engage with the hosts and other listeners has been launched on the DPA website www.digitalpathologyassociation.org. All listeners are encouraged to use this forum to suggest future topics and guests, submit questions and corrections, and provide general feedback.
