Now that you know what a digital sales strategy is, how can you implement it? What do you need to create those connections and provide your customers with easily accessible ways to contact you and purchase?
First you need a user-friendly and resourceful website. It’s no longer enough to simply have an online store front. You need to answer your client’s questions with additional content while also asking them for their feedback.
What kinds of content are appropriate?
If it suits your business needs, creating a podcast to answer larger questions within the industry is great. Writing well-researched articles that provide insights into your industry is another great content piece. Remember to do some keyword research and work on building out your SEO.
Then you’ll want to pick one social media platform and get REALLY good at it. You don’t need to be everywhere, but you do need to have conversations with people that point back to your website.
Also, don’t be afraid to be on video. People want to see the person behind the brand. They want to make a deeper connection and are no longer happy with faceless CEOs sitting behind a desk.
There are so many facets to building an amazing digital sales strategy, but when you do it right, the difference you’ll see in your revenue is astounding. Are you ready to up-level your sales strategy?
Listen in to learn how.
