Dimitrius hosts an architectural podcast called "Spaces," and he and his guests have covered topics ranging from multi-generational housing, the "State of Architecture," to streamlining the ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) building process. He is the Principal Architect of LYNES,  licensed in the state of California and certified by the National  Council of Architectural Registration Board, creator and host of SPACES  Podcast, and Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Gābl Media.
