He recalls the nerves, the noise and the nostalgia and talks about the meaning of winning an Irish senior title. We hear from Kaci Rock as she prepared for her very first senior final and whilst she and her Irish boxing legend Dad & coach prepare on South Circular road - fellow Bray native Eddie Tracy makes his first ring walk at Celtic Clash 12 at the Devenish in Belfast. He tells us about how he worked through lockdown, how the first camp in 2 years went and what it means to be back boxing.
