This week, the 8th without smoking, I'm going back to an already spoken theme - the Quit Smoking Stages -. I'm still on the same stage I'm guessing but some changes can be registered. Listen to it to find out which.

If I put that I'm getting fat on the title, I'm not going around the subject and avoid it here at the description. I REALLY AM, OK? I'm feeling it and letting you know how I started noticing it.

On that bulky note, I started running or, I ran during this week. In this episode you can listen to me going over my previous sporty experiences and what new phase is this in which I decided to really put an effort into running.

Apart from that, I'm concerned about an eventual future lockdown if London is placed in Tier 3 and I'm putting it out there.

I still had time to let my thoughts travel to the US and briefly talked about this media situation with all of Donald's lawsuits.

This week, the 7th without smoking, I'm going to talk about the chances of me actually taking the COVID-19 vaccine, my usual reaction to blood and how hard it is for me when confronted with the need to make some blood exams or taking a new vaccine.

I'm letting you know about a Christmas Memory that I will never forget. Not the usual what I normally eat or drink or where we usually spend it. It is actually the take of the women of my family on the world news around this time. It's not the most conventional, I know, but it is something I will certainly remember forever.

Did you get back to work? - that's the question I'm asking, giving you my experience when I came back after the last lockdown. What I really felt after almost five months of absence. Will it be the same, getting back now? Something to update next week.

Last but not least, I'm going to tell you about how my New Year Celebration was last year, what I think about this excuse to party and how I think all this pandemic situation will affect the flow of people this year.

This week, I couldn't help to talk about the pandemic, more specifically, the new vaccines available.

Starting by the death of Diego Maradona, I stretched the subject until a celebrity whose death had an impact on me and to the ridiculous concept of the people that say they weren't able to say goodbye to somebody that died.

Some smokers' habits were discussed and again the idea of the routine. This time, on a different angle.

I’m no doctor and this is what worked for me and what you should know from my perspective. Smoking quit tips aren’t the same for everyone of course.

How impressive is it that I actually made it here. This is no bragging exercise but as I told you in the beginning, whatever the outcome would be a surprise for me as well. Thinking that I'm 3 weeks no smoking really impresses me. Time flies on lockdowns.
