2 oz rye whiskey

1 oz lemon juice

1/2 oz simple syrup

1 oz aquafaba or egg white

1 tsp powdered sugar

1/2 oz red wine

Method…

Fill low ball 2/3 full with crushed ice.

Vigorously shake the whiskey, Lemon juice, syrup, aquafaba, and powered sugar with ice for 30 seconds. Strain into the low ball. Gently drizzle the red wine over the top. Garnish with a lemon and lime twist.
