I interview Tamara Goldsmith who learned about jewelry and management at different times in her life and eventually turned that into her life's work. She has her own shop that sells different crafts, overseeing employees and keeping up on her own design and craft work. She's changed a bit in her approach to people, first learning how to assess people's intentions in a professional setting and being more extraverted to becoming someone who must balance professional goals with motivations for friendship.
