Award-Winning Danish film director Niels Arden Oplev (The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo) discusses his new film, ROSE. This film is deeply personal to the director- ROSE tells the story of two sisters and how their relationship is challenged on a highly anticipated coach bus trip to Paris. The film stars Sofie Gråbøl (star of the hit Danish drama series, “The Killing”) and Lena Maria Christensen. ROSE, inspired by his own two sisters, one of whom has schizophrenia, like Sofie Gråbøl’s character in the film.
