Today in conversation with director of Nurabi The Virgin #webseries Joychand Moirangthem all the way from #Manipur, India. Manipur is known to be a culturally rich state of India and connecting with #filmmaker from this region is actually an #eye-opening experience. His webseries has already gained international acclaims in the South-Eastern countries of #Asia, Brazil and even Russia! In fact Nurabi webseries will be the #first to be #dubbed into the #Russian language from the state of Manipur, India. 

His talented team is also working on a film festival to exclusively feature north-eastern filmmakers and promote the north-eastern films all over India. He feels there is still a #barrier when it comes to focusing on films from the eastern parts of India, since people are more inclined towards watching #bollywood. But this also presents an advantageous opportunity to get the word out to #international #filmcommunities.
