Director Todd Phillips Talks Making Joker

Following up our wonderful interview with Joker himself, Joaquin Phoenix, we were able to sit down with, Writer/Director/Producer, Todd Phillips to talk about creating his own gritty version of Gotham City, creating the look of Joker, what it was like to work with one of his personal heroes, Robert De Niro, and more.

Also this week, we dive into Joker's huge opening-weekend box office, and Robert Downey Jr.'s comments on NOT campaigning the Oscars for his role as Tony Stark in Avengers: Endgame. Both of which lead us a down a deep look at the current awards season race. Sean was able to visit the set of Zack Snyder's upcoming return to horror, Army of the Dead (starring Dave Bautista, Chris D'elia, Ana de la Reguera), and has some seriously awesome stories to share.
