Dirt Said to Sky - BookStorm #1 (O-side)

Listen Later

And in the beginning Rae and Día created The Book and The Storm. And the storm was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of The Book moved upon the face the waters. And Rae and Día said, Let there be Story: and there was Story!

... And Rae and Día saw The Story, and it was good 😉
Enjoy our first BookStorm!

What is a BookStorm?

  • BookStorming is like brain storming, but an entire book, series, or short story. We start with a random idea for a character, a world, or a magic system—and we hash out the in-between!
  • How it Works?

We start with a Topic: What’s an idea that’s been sitting on your spirit for a minute? About a character, magic system, setting?

We move then to the Structure: What are the components of this story?

    • Magic System - HOW does this world work?
    • Setting - WHERE is this world located?
    • Characters - WHO is in this world?
    • PLOT - WHAT happens in this world?
    • Impact - WHY is this story important?
    • Narrative - HOW is this story told?
    • And then we spiral from there!

We hope you have as much fun listening to Dirt Said to Sky as we had in creating it! Let us know what you think!
