As an anti-racism educator, DEI consultant, writer, and professor, she helps businesses and institutions develop interventions to make the workplace more equitable. Much of her work focuses on anti-black racism and how it manifests in and out of the workplace.
Dr. Janice is a PhD-trained Industrial-Organizational psychologist and my dissertation focused on hiring bias.
She founded BWG Business Solutions-an award-winning consultancy that specializes in helping organizations grow stronger through diversity, equity, and inclusion.
She was also selected to give a TEDx talk on Emotional Intelligence and has had the opportunity to collaborate with several companies and institutions including Google, The Dr. Oz Show, UBS, Nordstrom, PayPal/Venmo, Amazon, Yale University, and H&M.
In addition, she's the author of two best-selling books DIRTY DIVERSITY and THE PINK ELEPHANT, and has also authored nearly 300 articles in Forbes.
