Despite having spina bifida, 25-year-old advocate Miguel Castro has strived to maintain awareness and advocacy in the local community of San Antonio Texas. Whether it be in his local neighborhood or on the campus of Texas A&M University where Castro is a Political Science major, he always portrays the “can-do” attitude. Miguel is a remarkable person and the true definition of “Advocate”
