A 20 year career in the public service, repeated bully and a nervous breakdown forced wheelchair user Ainslee Hooper to re-evaluate her life and do something with much more independence and purpose.

• Disability inclusion includes starting with the customer of your product or service and thinking about how you can meet their needs. People working in call centres and customer service teams need to be trained in this.  
• We don’t need to know why or what disabilities people have. We just need to know what adjustments need to be made in different environments for people with disabilities to be successful.
