With heated political debates and personal tensions running high, it's important to take a deep breath and remembering that change comes from within our communities, not just from elected leaders. We can disagree without being disagreeable, respect differing viewpoints, and make a real impact through small acts of kindness, volunteering, and showing up for one another.
