Disaster Nursing and Preparedness is the topic of this episode of Nursing Notes Live. I talk to nursing student and aspiring disaster preparedness nurse Chelsea Monteverde. Chelsea is a sophomore nursing student at Rutgers University in New Jersey. Chelsea took part in a Johnson & Johnson Campaign for Nursing’s Future sponsored student exchange project for disaster nursing and preparedness. The TOMODACHI J&J; Disaster Nursing Training Program is a program where nursing students from Japan travel to the U.S. and join U.S. nursing students to learn about disaster preparedness nursing. Diversity and Inclusion Innovator Dr. Kenya Beard

In this episode of Notes on Nursing Live, I interview neonatal wound-care expert and innovator Roxana Reyna, a nurse practitioner who specializes in wound care for neonates and children. A look at the innovative Chicago Parent Program in this episode of Notes on Nursing Live. Nurse Innovation Advocacy with Hiyam Nadel MBA, BSN, RN

We chat with innovative neo-natal cardiac care nurse Elizabeth B. Mikula, MSN, RN, CPN, CPHQ in this episode of Notes on Nursing Live. Elizabeth is the Division Director of Quality and Resource Management for HCA Capital Division in Richmond, Virginia.
