Through my time with different discipling organizations, I have heard a repeated theme about making disciples and being a disciple Information – Imitation – Innovation.

In my first book “How are You Doing?” we talked about the 4 Cs (Connect, Care, Community, Christ) that is how you lead someone into a relationship you and with Jesus. But there is a follow-up step to this, how do we help people step out of just being a disciple and into a disciple making posture. I want you to think of being a disciple maker like an apprenticeship where one is the leader and models, explains, and teaches the “job” to someone else. In this podcast we will talk about these three terms and what they mean for you as a disciple maker.
