Listen Later

Alex Sanfilippo, host of a Top 20 Entrepreneur podcast called, "Creating A Brand" discusses real life and practical ways to acquire and maintain proper daily discipline, especially during uncertain times like the current global pandemic.

Take-Aways From Episode #29 1. One of the most important steps in shifting your lifestyle from average to successful is having the ability to practice taking inventory. Look at what you're doing, what you want to be doing and really figure out where you're priorities lay in relation with your responsibilities. What am i doing with my time; what can I be doing more or, what should I be doing less of? 2. Live an intentional life, discipline yourself. 3. "The best time to plant a tree, was 25 years ago. The second best time is today." 4. The world is distracted. Even while we work there's other things going on. We've lost the ability to focus deeply and properly and as a result we don't get a lot accomplished. When we work with intent and focus we get so much more done. 5. If you can create environments for yourself of deep work and focus you'll be shocked at home much you can accomplish in a single day. 6. Try creating a shortcut in your browser that bypasses the feed page in your social media accounts. Remember there are people working constantly creating ways to make its more attractive and more addictive. Maintain your productivity by staying out of that vortex. 7. Make sure you look forward to something each day. Starting the night before try organizing the next day's schedule laying everything out digitally and/or handwritten. Keep your life under control.  _ Episode Sponsor:  RUBE ADLER SPORTS (440)-248-4668  Join Alex Sanfilippo's entrepreneur community for FREE by texting MONDAY to 1-904-299-8992! _ Check out more at: www.mvpodcasting.com   Maverick Peters: www.maverickpeters.com
