Today Mike and Jack are joined by Corey Lavinder, a real estate developer in Nashville, TN. After spending his high school summers interning for a local house flipping business, Corey was intent on starting his own real estate business when he got to college. Corey chose Belmont University and is a part of the Men's soccer team. He bought and sold his first flip at 19 years old and has grown it from having a single project going at a time to multiple projects. Corey is here to To discuss his start in real estate all while being a D1 athlete.
