Intellectual wellness begins when a human recognizes that God is God, and I am not. Without THAT at the core of your thinking, everything else gets out of whack.
Proverbs 9:10, “The fear of the Lord is the BEGINNING of wisdom….” Without God, #1, at the core of your life, you will be scrambling to find what or who is #1. Nothing will make sense until you put Him in that place. And until you do, you’ll use and abuse His creation and your body, making yourself more and more hopeless, insecure, addicted, changing your God-given identity, and confused.
