Modern media would lead you to believe that we all have vast differences. It's easy to hate those from different groups and use stereotypes to come up with preconceived notions.

What you will realize is that the more you communicate with someone, the more you tend to like them. We all have far more in common than we have apart.

This week, I challenge you to challenge your emotional reactions to headlines, put yourself in different shoes, and engage in conversation with people you disagree with.
