In this episode of the Obsessively Outspoken Podcast, I spoke with Dr. Chuck Herring, Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in the local school district. We discussed the candid and sometimes controversial conversations centered around diversity and how much progress has been made over the years. We also had a dialogue on the current state of Hip-Hop and the influence it has on society. We also took some time to discuss the n-word and whether it should be banned publicly or just omitted from the Black Community lexicon altogether.
