I recently had the absolutely pleasure of interviewing the brilliant Dave Ulrich, Speaker, Author, Professor, and Thought Partner on Human Capability. In past interviews we’ve discussed what HR will look like in 5 years. Given the upheaval over the last few years, Dave and I instead focus on what he calls “discovering simplicity on the other side of complexity.” That is, developing a framework that can help employers and HR professionals, as well as employees get in the right mindset to deal with constant change, upheaval, and chaos.
