Lars is a coworker and friend.  He is a no-bullshit kind of guy and I like that.  He ran the smartphone R&D division of Nokia during the smartphone disruption era.  He is a shareholder in more than 40 startups and helped broker 100s of investments deals form both sides of the table.  He launched and ran multiple programs for Startupbootcamp Europe, launched a corporate VC fund and raised up a digital Health ecosystem in Berlin.  He recently established the Startupbootcamp in Russia and now resides in Dubai where he is launching many corporates partnerships and building some great ventures in the Middle East, North Africa, and Russia.
