The Myers-Briggs assessment is denoted by 4 letters (for example, INFJ). Basically, there are 4 preference pairs:

• Introversion - Extroversion
• Sensing - Intuition
• Thinking - Feeling
• Judging - Perceiving

and whichever your preferences are will be your 4 letters. There are some more factors when you get deeper into it, but those are the basics.
