"Discover Your Safe Place" -Even though Christians are in the world, we are not of the world or its ways. God has given us a glimpse of what it means to not be a part of the world when He poured out the plagues on Egypt. The Egyptians suffered greatly, but the Jews in Goshen were kept safe. Even when the Lord allowed the first-born of the Egyptians to die, the Jews' children and animals were protected by the blood over the doorposts. We can exist in this world with all its troubles and not be consumed. We're being kept in a "safe place" in Christ.
