We all have gifts and talents which we can use to impact the world, yet many of us keep them hidden for fear of judgement or due to our failure to truly acknowledge their relevance. It's often through meeting others who can see our talents that we learn how to use them. Sometimes people can notice things about us that we've never seen for ourselves. 

Let's try to affirm others, if we notice a strength in them let's draw their attention to it. Let us build each other up.
