She is currently the CDO of ABE.work, as well as Founder of Data with Serena. Previously, she held the roles of Global Head of People Analytics for PayPal, as well as Global Head of People Analytics for The Kraft Heinz Company.

Dr. Huang is also the instructor of the LinkedIn Learning course "The Data Science of using People Analytics." She is also developing a new series of courses on people analytics to be released through LinkedIn in 2023.
