Discovering the Root of Your Stress with Ellen Leonard

Ellen coaches others on learning more about what stresses them out and how to ease, manage, or eliminate that stress. In this episode, Ellen shares with us her understanding of her own stress and her three steps to deal with that stress. Instead of throwing general stress relievers at you, we dive deeper into the root of stress and how to heal it depending on the individual self. Here are Ellen's three steps to discovering the root of your stress:

  1. Be specific as to what is stressing you out in particular
  2. How do you react when stressed out: Physically, Emotionally, or Mentally
  3. Take action - How can you relieve or counter that stress?
