We all have biases underlying how we think and relate to others. Today we learn to recognize our own ways of thinking, as well as some cognitive shortcuts we may notice in the people around us. Uncovering those biases and addressing them can help us create relationships, communicate effectively, and provide a more inclusive environment for all of us.
