Mao Beckett, uses the pronouns she/hers, is the founder of Reset & Resilient Wellness and Reset & Reconnect Coaching. She is a clinical social worker specializing in mental health licensed to practice in Massachusetts and Hawaii. She served seven years active duty in the Air Force.
As a holistic therapist, she incorporates psychotherapy interventions with integrative medicine practices to encourage healing within the mind, body, community, and spirit. Her lived experience as a First Generation American, mother, military veteran, and military spouse, alongside with her formal education and training allows her to support and guide her clients in a meaningful way where they feel validated and heard. Additionally, being a millennial and having complexities to her identity she also has a passion for true crime and forensic psychology and the paranormal/spiritual world.
