To Report Non-Emergency Traffic Issues
Fremont Police Department:
Traffic Complaints: Visit the Fremont Police Department website to submit a complaint about neighborhood traffic violations, such as speeding or stop sign running.
Online Reporting System: You can also use the Fremont Police Online Reporting System for certain incidents, such as non-injury traffic accidents.
Roadway Maintenance:
Report Issues Portal: For issues like potholes, graffiti, or other maintenance concerns on city streets, use the City of Fremont Report Issues portal or their mobile app.

The Mobility Action Plan is intended to guide the City’s local implementation priorities and regional advocacy efforts over the next five years (2020-2025). Recommendations in the plan include topics of traffic signal modernization, school zones and access, travel alternatives, traffic safety program, new technologies and smart mobility, and regional policy and projects.

The Mobility Commission meets quarterly to assist the city with the implementation of actions included in adopted transportation plans, including the Mobility Action Plan and other plans related to traffic safety, traffic congestion management, school access, walking, bicycling, new technologies, and regional transportation.
