Discussing Health Insurance Issues

Listen Later

In the new episode of Don't Burn The Day, I  cover a variety of topics such as my view on the medical insurance rules when it comes to physical therapy and the number of visits a patient can have before the patient is deemed to be cured. With birth defects like cerebral palsy and other physical disabilities, there is no cure, there's just maintaining a healthy fitness routine and with insurance companies saying that after X number of visits you are magically “cured”, also the need for long-term rehab for people with cerebral palsy and other neurological disorders whose insurance will only pay for about ten sessions of physical therapy, as well as other topics.
