The AUA has conducted an Annual Census of its members since 2014. For the first time since the introduction of the Census, reports have been generated to aggregate and analyze the Census responses of urology residents from 2016 to 2018. The report Urology Residents in the United States and Across the Globe presents a unique snapshot of the demographics, professional interests, concerns and educational experiences of residents. 

In this episode of the AUA's Inside Tract podcast, Drs. Danil Makarov and Eugene Cone discuss the results of this new resident-focused Census report. The entire census results are now available on AUAnet.org. The AUA would like to thank all members of the global urologic community for their continued support for and participation in the AUA Annual Census.
