Today the Vancouver Convention Centre has become the meeting point for 20 different nations to discuss the threat North Korea poses to the world.  Foreign Affairs Minister Chrystia Freeland says the message to North Korea's leadership is clear - the pursuit of nuclearization will bring neither security nor prosperity.  She says it will lead only to more sanctions and perpetual instability on the peninsula.
