Now Boarding brings in 2023 with a new meaningful series Wildlife in Focus! Episode 3 is a conversation with Sebastian Kennerknecht a wildlife photographer and conservationist with over 14 years of experience. Concerned about the extinction of the species of WildCats, he passes down his knowledge and conservation measures.
Sebastian Kennerknecht has been visually reporting wildlife and environmental issues around the world, with a specialty on wild cats in particular. He has created high-quality editorial images, time-lapse movies, and digital content that has been featured in and by renowned publications. He collaborates with field biologists to obtain photos of some of the world's rarest cats while simultaneously emphasising the challenges they face. Sebastian has photographed twenty-three of the forty species of wild felids in twenty-nine different countries while working for conservation organisations and magazines.
Our host Payal is in conversation with Sebastian about wildcats, conservation measures, their habitats, and some of his beautiful encounters in his wild journey. Episodes are now available on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music, Google Podcasts or wherever you listen to podcasts and on YouTube.
