My guest in this episode was Chad Foreman. It was a really interesting discussion on buddhism and meditation practice. We touch on the purpose of meditation, the perennial philosophy, and buddha coffee mugs :) Chad answered all my questions on the fly, showing that he really knows his stuff and is a good resource for this topic.

My favorite point in the interview was when Chad was describing the playfulness he experiences in our Buddha nature. Between that and how he explains the ease and relief he experienced when he realized that there wasn’t anything he had to do to obtain Buddha nature, it makes me feel like the whole thing is just waiting there with open arms, ready to play.
