Launching on Monday, 11th March, Dishing Up is a podcast from Larder magazine that combines the food we love most with the people we love most. Through history, culture, faith and family, we’ll take you on a tour of the countries of the world, speaking to chefs about their culinary traditions, favourite dishes from home and earliest memories of cooking. 

We're taking you off the beaten track to countries and cuisines you may not know about, like Azerbaijan, Malta and Indonesia.

There are also Light Bites – mini episodes that focus on a special ingredient, like saffron, crúibín (pig’s trotters) and za’atar. 

Episodes will drop every day - stay tuned.
