What do you think is the sin committed most often? Answers to this question would certainly vary; however, with a bit of thought surely most agree that gossip would be near the top of the list. Gossip is a sin easily committed, yet one on which the Lord has given many warnings. Throughout both the Old and New Testaments, God plainly expresses His displeasure for this verbal assault on others and warns of the dangers it poses. This study will explore God’s warnings on the matter and offer encouragement for the people of God to remove this danger from their lives.
