After weeks of discussing racism and it’s dominance in modern day society, 10 women got together to talk about productive, effective ways of actively dismantling racism. I debated whether or not it would be appropriate to record the previous classes, but I knew that it would be beneficial to record and share this particular class. In the beginning of the session, the reading of Luke 15:3-7 was accidentally not recorded. The beginning of the segment follows the direct reading of that scripture. You may also hear a baby in the background. We at Love Thy Neighbor don’t discriminate mothers from attending classes, and that is why a baby was present. We hope to continue this series by adding more discussions as well as interviews of individual participants.
