Body shaming contributes to a large number of individuals to struggle with their mental health, low self-esteem, emotional distress and even eating disorders. Many of us are not aware that we are a "body shamers" and is a contributor to this massive problem. Consider that even a compliment which seems harmless...can be body shaming. For us to be better, we have to know better to do better!
