Join us for the last 10 minutes where we set 3 intentions for 2024. We think about how those will feel, taste, look, smell. We think about what it feels like to have accomplished them. The after feeling. Then we go outside and burn those pieces of paper. Setting out intentions off into the universe allowing out subconscious to work for us in the background guiding us towards those 3. If we do not get there then the journey was still a pleasure. The destination can be desired but not worshipped to madness in the mind.
