Disney settles with ScarJo and sues over Marvel copyrights
Disney just settled with Scarlett Johansson for a reported $40 million over the streaming release of Black Widow while they're also in the midst of suing the descendants and families of comic book writers like Steve Ditko over copyrights related to famous Marvel characters (including Black Widow as well as Spider Man and many others). I'm an intellectual property attorney so let's see if we can untangle this legal web!
