Here is the big idea:

Business is a puzzle – open the box and what do you see?  Chaos.

Business is complicated. It has a lot of moving parts. It is always heading the direction of dis-order.

 

Your work as a business leader is to Show Up big each day – and deliver on all your promises – and Do It in an orderly and predictable way.   And then show up tomorrow and do the same thing – again.

 

My premise is the best way to do that is with Systems.
