Kelly and Heather are back from their summer vacation and have some updates to share. Then we will real talk about “Adjustment Disorder” and how that affects the way we navigate major life moves and transitions. We both have lots of experience with moving to new places, so we will discuss what we have learned about adjusting to a new place.
