As imperfect humans we often are miscouraged by our current selfs and the current state of being while hailing an ideal version or state. Despite how far our ideal selves are we tend to forget that this version of self largely depends on our current version of ourself. Rather that this ideal self is just a current version of us that has done the work and passed the test of time. Having a healthy relationship with the current version of self is ideal because without your current self you cannot reach your ideal self.
Let us remember being imperfect does not mean we are insufficient.
