Hurricane Fiona has left devastation in Puerto Rico. Massive flooding has occurred in some areas, and 1.3 million people, in a country of 3.2 million, were without electricity on Monday.  As of Tuesday, the hurricane is responsible for at least two deaths and at least 1000 people have had to be rescued.
